Anger Management Don’t involve children in your arguments. Keep negative or cutting remarks about your spouse to yourself. It is unfair to ask them to take sides. They love and need both of you.

Anger Management In virtually every teen rampage (Columbine, et. al) the motive was payback and ended in mass homicide and consequential suicide. Were the signs there? Of course they were! So why were these signs ignored?
