The referral telephone numbers will place you in contact with people who can help. Cooperative efforts of law enforcement, education and the community will clearly define the problems so they can be dealt with effectively.

Many gang members come from broken homes or live in environments of despair and anger. Lacking a strong sense of self worth and individual identity, the gang becomes their family.
